The Peter Dispirito Public Service Award is presented annually by the Imperial Court of All Alaska to a member of the Alaska LQBTQ Community who has helped to make significant advances for our community.

Nominees are chosen by past recipients of the Peter Dispirito Award, and selection is based on the outcome of the vote of the general Alaskan public. The nominees for the 2017 Peter Dispirito Public Service Award are:

Voting for the 2017 nominees will take place at the following two times during voting for Emperor & Empress 45:

Saturday, August 19th in Fairbanks, Alaska at the Emperor's Aubergine Ball - Pioneer Park, 2300 Airport Way at 7:00 pm 

Saturday, August 26th in Anchorage at Identity Anchorage, 536 E 5th Ave from Noon to 8:00 pm. 

 While we encourage you to attend our Coronation Ball, admission to this event is not required in order to vote. 

Voting is open to Alaska state residents and Active-duty military personnel stationed in Alaska. Voters must be at least 18 years of age and must present a valid Alaska state ID or Active-duty military ID. 

Ballots will be tallied, and the award will be presented to the recipient the evening of Coronation on September 3rd, 2017 at mad Myrna's.
